Submission & Review
Programme Administrator
Completeness review to ensure all documentation is provided, followed by initial technical assessment
Validation
Designated Validator
Independent Designated Validator conducts site assessment to confirm alignment with methodology requirements
Verification
Verifier
Independent Verifier assesses monitoring data and confirms quantification accuracy per methodology
Issuance
Registry Manager
Verified credits are issued with unique serial numbers and registered in the transparent ledger
Retirement & Claims
Beneficiary
Credits can be retired with documented environmental impact disclosure and sustainability claims management

Methodology-specific physical outcomes (e.g. kg of gear verifiably recovered); not fungible across outcome types; contribution claims only
