Governance register
The governance bodies of the programme are defined in MCC-700 Governance and Appeals §4. This register lists every appointment as recorded by the administration from the signed resolution that made it. Where a body has not yet been constituted, the Governing Board exercises its authority (MCC-700 §10.1.1). Operational phase (§10): PILOT since 26 August 2026.
