What is being consulted on

Seagrass meadow conservation across the Gulf of Oman — a critical dugong habitat and significant blue carbon stock. Hybrid credit pathway combines coastal carbon outcomes with biodiversity co-benefits for the IUCN-listed Dugong dugon.
