What is being consulted on

Kelp forest (Saccharina japonica, Eisenia bicyclis) restoration along the Sanriku coast of Iwate Prefecture, recovering ecosystems impacted by the 2011 Tōhoku tsunami and ongoing isoyake (urchin barren) expansion. Combines biochar permanence pathway with fishery co-benefits.
