What is being consulted on

Community-led mangrove rehabilitation across the Casamance estuary in southern Senegal. Free, prior and informed consent obtained from 14 villages. Restoration plots monitored via Sentinel-2 NDVI and field-based biomass plots; benefit-sharing agreements provide 25% revenue to local communities.
