What is being consulted on

Coastal mangrove protection and rehabilitation along the Yucatán Peninsula, providing storm-surge buffer for tourist communities and habitat for migratory birds. Avoided deforestation and restoration of degraded plots quantified per IPCC 2013 Wetlands Supplement Tier 2 methods.
