What is being consulted on

Pilot enhanced coastal weathering project deploying olivine-rich mineral on beaches along Svalbard's western coast. Monitoring ocean alkalinity changes using autonomous sensor arrays and satellite-based verification. First phase covers 15 km of coastline with plans to scale.
